Viagra: The wonder drug. But is it worth the risk? Scientist dive in to find out more.

If erectile dysfunction is an issue for you, have you thought about Viagra? Viagra is a well-known medication that treats the symptoms of erectile dysfunction. Viagra was actually the first erectile dysfunction ever made that could be taken orally. In the decades since its creation, Viagra has been prescribed in millions of doses to millions of men around the world, and has quickly established a reputation as an effective, reliable, and convenient treatment for erectile dysfunction.

This history of being the first is reflected in the official slogan Viagra is marketed under today:

“Original brand, still the one to talk about.”

If reading this has made you interested in incorporating Viagra into your life, you may be wondering how to get it. The best way to obtain Viagra is to talk to your doctor, who can then write you a prescription you will be able to fill at a licensed pharmacy. There is no shame in having erectile dysfunction and you should not feel self conscious when talking about it with your doctor – just remember that erectile dysfunction, while annoying and unpleasant, is a totally normal condition. According to the website of Viagra’s manufacturer, 50% of men over 40 have erectile dysfunction to some degree. Viagra’s manufacturer also emphasizes that erectile dysfunction is not something you just have to accept and live with, because you can do something about it with Viagra.

Awesome Results of Viagra without sensitive side effects

Viagra’s manufacturer also agrees with us that erectile dysfunction is a genuine medical condition and should be addressed like one, which is why it is important you involve a physician in determining if Viagra is right for you. While there are a number of online pharmacies claiming to be able to sell Viagra in South Africa, we do not recommend this alternative method of obtaining medication. Viagra, due to its fame, popularity, and general prominence in its market, is one of the most generic drugs in the world. generic Viagra pills have contained harmful substances like blue printer ink or even illegal drugs such as amphetamines. If you buy pills off a website, thinking they are Viagra, and then are unable to get an erection during sexual activity even though you took a pill earlier, you will regret it and wish you had not wasted your time doing things this way.

In South Africa, Viagra is regulated as a schedule four drug, which means it should only be obtained via a prescription.

Viagra is subsidized by the South African government under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme and can be purchased for the reasonable price of .20 per packet. Each packet contains four tablets, which is four separate doses of Viagra. Viagra comes in dosages between 25 and 100 milligrams. To determine which dosage will work best for you, you should have a conversation with your doctor, who will be able to evaluate your medical history and lifestyle in making his or her decision.

Erectile dysfunction is not something you have to let yourself be defeated by. Maybe Viagra can help you overcome it.

The real question: can any woman benefit from taking female Viagra?

The female viagra, or pink pill. Its active ingredient is flibanserin. Unlike men, for women to feel pleasure, the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine must work properly. Meanwhile, serotonin is responsible for decreasing sexual pleasure in women’s lives. Flibanserin embedded in the female body releases dopamine and norepinephrine, while decreasing the circulation of serotonin in the woman’s brain circuit. In addition, the remedy has antidepressant properties. recommended for women with Female Sexual Interest / Excitation Disorder. To fit this group, there is some evidence. They are: / reduction of interest in sexual activity; Absence / reduction of sexual / erotic thoughts or fantasies; Absence / reduction of initiation of sexual activity; Indifference to the partner’s attempts to initiate sexual activity; Absence / reduced excitement / pleasure during sexual activity in at least 75% of sexual encounters; Absence / reduction of interest / sexual arousal in response to any internal or external innuendo (written, verbal, visual); Absence / reduction of genital or non-genital sensations during sexual activity in at least 75% of sexual encounters. The remedy can have unwanted side effects. They are: Dizziness; somnolence; nausea; fatigue; insomnia; dry mouth; if consumed with alcohol or contraceptives, the adverse effects can be much worse. This medicine is considered a black label in the United States and is sold only with a prescription. In Brazil, the drug was never released by Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency), and its sale or use is not allowed.

Female Viagra Potency

Some doctors do not believe that the drug will solve the female problem, as they consider sexual desire to be much more complex than the release of neurotransmitters. According to experts on the subject, lack of desire can be caused, for example, by relationship wear and tear, hormonal problems and even depression. In these aspects, the drug is not efficient. In addition to these factors, the “female viagra” is responsible for triggering some side effects. Among the main adverse reactions of the product are drowsiness, nausea, dizziness, fainting and low blood pressure. These effects are greatest in people who consume alcohol. Women with impaired liver function and who use CYP3A4 enzyme inhibitors should not use the drug. The FDA had previously barred the approval of “female viagra” for commercialization.

The organ’s claim was that the drug had little efficacy and several side effects. Many doctors say that the drug’s approval in August 2015 was due to pressure from various entities and that Addyi is still unsatisfactory and has several adverse reactions. The drug called Addyi is composed of the drug flibanserin, which acts to treat hypoactive sexual desire disorder in pre-menopausal women. This problem is characterized by the decrease or total disappearance of sexual desires and fantasies. The new drug that became known as “female viagra” does not work like the products indicated for men, which act only on the sexual organs. Flibanserin acts on the central nervous system, more precisely on neurotransmitters related to sexual desire.

This medication should be taken daily and has no immediate effect, taking a few weeks for the benefits to be realized. If no change is observed in eight weeks, it is recommended that the use of the drug be suspended.

It’s Hard Not Being Hard: The Way Viagra Changed Our Erectile Dysfunction

Viagra is the trade name for a drug called Sildenafil. Viagra is in a class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis.Viagra and the other PDE-5 inhibitors can help men with erectile dysfunction (male impotence) by enhancing the erectile response when a man is sexually stimulated.

Taking Viagra relaxes the walls of your blood vessels and lets blood flow more easily into the parts of your penis that cause an erection.

Pulmonary hypertension

An error occurred while reading CGI reply (no response received)

Viagra is now marketed under the name Revatio for this uncommon but serious disorder of high pressure in the blood vessels leading to the lungs.

Mountain sickness

Viagra can reduce pulmonary artery pressure at high altitude and improve the ability to exercise in low oxygen conditions.

Raynaud’s phenomenon

In affected individuals, exposure to the cold triggers spasm of the small arteries that supply blood to the fingers, toes, or both, which become pale, cold, and painful. Both Viagra and Levitra have been helpful in clinical trials.

Heart disease

Studies suggest Viagra might help patients with congestive heart failure or diastolic dysfunction.

Common Side Effects of Viagra

Tell your doctor if any of the following side effects become severe or don’t go away:

  • Headache
  • Diarrhea
  • Upset stomach
  • Dizziness
  • Heartburn
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Nosebleeds
  • Flushing
  • Difficulty falling or staying asleep
  • Numbness or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or legs
  • Muscle pain or back pain
  • Sensitivity to light
  • Vision color changes (seeing blue on objects or being unable to tell the difference between green and blue)

Treatment of ED

Erectile dysfunction is a condition where the penis does not harden and expand when a man is sexually excited, or when he cannot keep an erection. When a man is sexually stimulated, his body’s normal response is to increase blood flow to his penis to produce an erection. By controlling the enzyme, sildenafil helps to maintain an erection after the penis is stroked. Without physical action to the penis, such as that occurring during sexual intercourse, sildenafil will not work to cause an erection.

Sildenafil is also used in both men and women to treat the symptoms of pulmonary arterial hypertension. This is a type of high blood pressure that occurs between the heart and the lungs. When hypertension occurs in the lungs, the heart must work harder to pump enough blood through the lungs. Sildenafil works on the PDE5 enzyme in the lungs to relax the blood vessels. This will increase the supply of blood to the lungs and reduce the workload of the heart. This medicine is available only with your doctor’s prescription.

How to use viagra

This product is available in the following dosage forms:

  • Tablet
  • Powder for Suspension

Do not take Viagra if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, and some recreational drugs such as “poppers”. Taking sildenafil with a nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure

Take Viagra exactly as it was prescribed for you. Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Viagra is usually taken only when needed, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity. You may take it up to 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take Viagra more than once per day.

Viagra can help you have an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. An erection will not occur just by taking a pill. Follow your doctor’s instructions.

During sexual activity, if you become dizzy or nauseated, or have pain, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw, stop and call your doctor right away. You could be having a serious side effect of sildenafil.

How to buy viagra

To get a prescription for Viagra or any other erectile dysfunction medicine, you should visit your GP. Alternatively, you can order Viagra online from an accredited online doctor service, and a doctor will assess your suitability for the medicine via an online questionnaire

Win the battle at responsable use of Propecia

Finasteride blocks the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Male pattern baldness (or androgenic alopecia) is caused by increased levels of DHT. In men with male pattern baldness, DHT causes hair follicles to shrink and lose the ability to create new hairs. An error occurred while reading CGI reply (no response received)

Finasteride takes 3–4 months to show any benefit. It can take up to one year to see the maximum results, so as long as you don’t experience side effects, it is best to continue the medication. Also, when you first start taking finasteride, it may even cause more shedding of fine hairs. This is completely expected and will stop.

Finasteride in Australia cannot be used in pregnant, possibly pregnant, or nursing women (and in fact should not be used in women at all). If a woman who is pregnant, possibly pregnant, or nursing even touches a tablet, she must wash her hands immediately and contact her physician. Finasteride cannot be used in children. And since finasteride is metabolized in the liver, men with liver impairment may not be able to clear finasteride from the body easil

  • Propecia contains a medicine called finasteride. This belongs to a group of medicines called Type II ‘5-alpha reductase inhibitors’.

Propecia is used for the treatment of male pattern hair loss (also known as androgenetic alopecia). Propecia increases hair growth on the scalp and prevents further hair loss in men. Men with mild to moderate, but not complete hair loss, can benefit from using Propecia.

How does the hair on your head grow?

On average your hair grows about 1 centimetre (half an inch) each month. Hair grows from hair follicles, which are located under your skin.

A single scalp hair grows continuously for 2-4 years (growth phase) and then stops growing for 2-4 months (rest phase). After this the hair falls out. In its place a new healthy hair begins to grow, and the cycle is repeated. The hairs on your scalp are always in different stages of this cycle so it is normal to lose scalp hair every day.

Mood alterations such as depressed mood, depression and, less frequently, suicidal thoughts have been reported in patients treated with Propecia. If you experience any of these symptoms stop taking Propecia and contact your doctor for further medical advice as soon as possible.

Female Viagra (Flibanserin): the sexual benefits of this miracle drug in Australia

Why Women Get Low Sex Drive

There are many factors that contribute to women losing their sex drive. Stress, menopause, pregnancy, life changes, reactions to medication and many other factors can contribute to this condition. While men have had medical solutions for decades now (Viagra, Cialis, etc), women have not as fortunate to have an alternative for themselves. Recently, some drugs have been released to be taken as the so called “female Viagra”. However, these do not necessarily mean there is a magic bullet.

How Female Viagra Works

What is Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD)

Hypoactive sexual desire disorder, or HSDD, is defined as a woman’s lack of interest in sex or lower libido. The causes span a rather long range. One of the most common is imbalances in the brain’s neurotransmitters, that prevent chemicals that produce sexual excitement. Relationship conflicts as well as preexisting psychological conditions can also effect a woman’s sex drive. Certain medications can also be a cause, particularly anxiety and high blood pressure can also be the culprit. There are currently 2 FDA approved medications on the market to treat HSDD in women. There drugs are Vyleesi (Bremelanotide) and Addyi (Flibanserin). While male sex enhancement products focus on increasing blood flow to the penis and relaxing of muscles, Vylessi and Addyi focus on reacting with a woman’s neurotransmitters.

Addyi (Flibanserin)

Addyi (Flibanserin in Australia) is an orally taken medication, mostly for treating per-menopausal women for HSDD. It’s a pill you take daily, weather you plan on having intercourse later or not. It was originally developed by Boehringer Ingelheim, but research was discontinued after the FDA gave them a negative evaluation in the fall of 2010. Eventually, the rights were transfered over to a company called Sprout Pharmaceuticals. They were finally able to get approval in August of 2015.

How Addyi works

Addyi works by indirectly with the chemical dopamine. Serotonin levels are often the cause of HSDD, so Addyi works to counterbalance this. There is no known reason for why it is effective, but it appears to react well with the melanocortin receptors. In 3 different placebo controlled studies, it was shown to increase arousal tremendously. The number of actual satisfying sexual encounters did not increase however. Also of note, the side effects do  include nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness. It should also be noted that it may cause the lowering of blood pressure, especially if taken with alcohol.

Vyleesi (Bremelanotide)

The other medication, Vyleesi (Bremelanotide), is for women who are postmenopausal. It was approved by the FDA for human consumption in June of 2019.  Unlike Addyi, it is not taken orally, but rather it is injected. Much like it’s male counterpart Viagra, it is injected 45 minutes to an hour before sex, usually via the stomach or thigh. It’s effects can last up to 24 hours, and it should not be taken any more than 8 times within a given month, as discoloration of the skin (hyper-pigmentation) is one of the main side effects. Unlike Addyi which is reacts badly with alcohol, there are no negative reactions between alcohol and Vylessi. Nausea, hot flashes and injection site reactions are the most common side effects. It should also be noted that Vyleesi sells for about 0 a dose in the US as of 2019.

While on the topic of female “Viagra” products, it is often wondered if women also take Sildenafil for their sexual problems. But do women actually take it? The short answer: yes. Some women do in fact take Viagra for a libido boost. This was especially more prevalent before Addyi and Vyleesi were approved for safe usage by the FDA. But the question still remains  does it actually work on woman? Sort of.

Effects on women

There has been little if any concrete testing to see if Sildenafil has on any effect on women. In one of the few studies, it was shown to possibly work to combat the sexual side effects of certain antidepressants. It also, like in male counterparts, increases the blood flow to the genitals. This however, does not address the problem of mental sexual arousal. Both men and women can be aroused physically without mental stimulation. So while some women do experience better sexual experiences overall, it’s not really solving the root of the overall problem.

Does female Viagra exist

The question about female Viagra is a rather complex one. While there are medications to help in certain aspects of HSDD, it’s not a one size fits all solution. It will be interesting to see where this journey takes us in the future.

What Cialis Is Doing For South African Men

Cialis, which is chemically known as tadalafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. This drug is similar to Viagra and Levitra. If Tadalafil is under the name Adcirca, it is used for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension.

How does Cialis Work

An erection occurs when the penis is filled with blood. This occurs because the blood vessels allow the penis to dilate by increasing the blood supply. When a man can not get an erection, it is because the blood flow to his penis has not increased. A man also lacks cGMP, which controls blood flow to and from the penis. Cialis uses Nitric oxide to aid the blood vessels in contracting, and it also helps blood flow in and out of the penis. The substance PDE5 is an issue that can kill an erection. Tadalafil stops PDE5 from destroying cGMP allowing the erection to last longer.

Viagra as Cialis alternative

I was having some difficulties keeping an erection for longer than 2 or 3 minutes. I am turning 40 in a couple of months and noticed that the duration of my erections has slowly been decreasing as I’ve gotten older. I took the proper dosage and was extremely happy with the results. I was able to last considerable longer during sex and my anxiety around sex has greatly decreased with this increase of libido. I was very skeptical before taking Viagra as I assumed that it would be much too strong and last longer than I would want it to. I didn’t have that experience at all and continue to take Viagra occasionally as needed. I’m rather curious now whether or not the generic brands work as well and will possibly trying them out in the near future depending on pricing and customer reviews.

I’ve taken back my sexual live and greatly have Viagra to thank for this. I should have tried it sooner as I would have avoided many uncomfortable experiences in my sexual past. I have noticed that I don’t need to take it as often as when I first began taking it. I highly recommend taking Viagra

How to use Cialis

It can be used in doses of 5, 10, and 20 milligram doses. Patients suffering from erectile dysfunction should take it as needed, but it should not be taken more than once every 24 hours. A man must be sexually aroused before taking Cialis. The drug will not work if he is not, as it does not provide an erection without sexual stimulation. A dose of 10 milligrams should be taken at least thirty minutes before any sexual activity. The maximum dose that should ever be taken is 20 milligrams. As the drug can remain in the system for at least 24 hours, it is not recommended that the patient takes 10 to 20 milligrams a day. If the patient plans to be sexually active at least twice a week, they can take Cialis daily in a dose of 5 milligrams.

An error occurred while reading CGI reply (no response received)

Depending on the reaction to the drug, that can be reduced to 2.5 milligrams once daily. Cialis should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18, or by anyone who is not suffering from erectile dysfunction.

Side Effects of Cialis

If Cialis is taken with a nitrate medication, it can cause a serious and sudden drop in blood pressure, leading to hypotension. If a man has a nitrate drug prescription for treating heart problems, or chest pain, he should not be using tadalafil. If certain symptoms occur during sexual activity, they could be a sign of a serious complication. Seek medical assistance in the event any of these side effects occur:

  • dizziness
  • nausea
  • numbness
  • or tingling or pain in the jaw, the arms, the chest, or the neck

Notable risks

An erection lasting more than 4 hours is called priapism and it can cause damage to the penis. In this case, seeking medical help is necessary, too. Very rarely, Cialis can undermine blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye. This can cause sudden loss of vision. However, this side effect is not very common and will likely only occur in patients with hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, pre-existing eye problems, or heart disease. If you suffer from any of the following conditions, you should not take Cialis:

  • heart rhythm problems
  • angina or any kind of heart disease
  • high or low blood pressure (hypertension or hypotension)
  • congestive heart failure or stroke within the last six months
  • myocardial infarction within the last three months
  • sickle cell anemia
  • multiple myeloma
  • hemophilia
  • leukemia or another blood disorder
  • liver or kidney disease
  • stomach ulcer
  • retinitis pigmentosa
  • structural deformity of the penis
  • Peyronie’s disease (or any health condition for which you have been advised not to have any sexual intercourse)

The FDA has warned that sudden hearing loss has been experienced by people using tadalafil and similar products. They have also announced that it may increase your risk of melanoma skin cancer.

Where to get Cialis

Cialis can only be prescribed and used under supervision of a medical professional. The FDA issued a warning in 2015 about counterfeit tadalafil tablets that have become available in the U.S.

Compare and Contrast Viagra and Cialis

Cialis and Viagra have most of the same common side effects. As far as Viagra goes, the maximum dose is 100 milligrams daily, where as Cialis is 20 milligrams. Viagra needs to be taken one hour before sexual activity, where with Cialis, it needs to be taken 30 minutes before sexual activity. An erection with Cialis can last 18 hours, and with Viagra, it can last from 4-6. Neither pill should be taken by pregnant women.

Female Viagra: a effective step towards gender equality?

Just like many men suffer from sexual dysfunction, so do women. One such treatment is Generic Viagra Pink.

It has been formulated to treat female sexual dysfunction and arousal disorders. Many women experience sexual dysfunction as a side effect of taking antidepressants and other medications. This can make it so women no longer want to take their antidepressants which is dangerous.

How its works?

Pink Viagra starts working within 1 hour and can last up to 5 hours. Pink Viagra, like regular Viagra is made with Sildenafil Citrate and is the same with regards to quality and strength. It can only be taken once daily. The risk of side effects is significantly increased if the recommended dosage is exceeded. The typical dosage for Pink Viagra is the same as it’s blue counterpart. It comes in a pink diamond shaped pill with a dosage of 100mg. It is recommended to not drink alcohol or take any sort of drugs while taking Pink Viagra. It should also be taken on an empty stomach or after not eating for three hours.

Some medications prevent you from being able to take the medication. You cannot take this medication if you take any of the following nitrate-based medications including: ImdurDurule, Sorbidin, Carvasin, Corangin, Nitrocor, Nitrostat, Nitroderm TTS, ISMO 20, Imtrate, Coronex, Duride, Ikorel, Sodium Nitroprusside, Nitro-Dur, Nitradisc, Transiderm-Nitro, and Minitran. These other drugs could prove harmful if taken with Pink Viagra: nitrate-based sprays such as Nitrolingual, ointments such as Nitro-Bid and Nitrol, injectable Nitronal or Isosorbide or medications such as Dilatrate-SR, Isordil or Sorbitrate, Cimetidine for the treatment of ulcers, anti-fungal treatments like Ketoconazole and Itraconazole, antibiotics like Erythromycin and Rifampicin, HIV medications like Ritonavir and Saquinavir or any alpha-blockers to treat high blood pressure or prostate conditions including Hytrin, Flomax, Cardura, Minipress, Uroxatral, Norvir, Crixivan, Nizoral and Sporanox.

Viagra Usage For Women

All of these drugs could potentially drop your blood pressure and cause significant health concerns.

Make sure to inform your doctor of all medications you are currently taking to avoid an accidental interaction.

While Pink Viagra is generally safe to take, there are some side effects that should be taken into consideration.

They include: headache, flushing, upset stomach, abnormal vision, such as changes in color vision (such as having a blue color tinge) and blurred vision, stuffy or runny nose, back pain, muscle pain, nausea, dizziness, and rash. Also, do not take this medication if you have any heart related illnesses or blood vessel problems.

Use Pink Viagra cautiously if you suffer from any of the following medical conditions: diabetes, bleeding disorders, stomach ulcers, high or low blood pressure, unstable angina, eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa or non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy, or kidney or liver problems. You should not consider taking this medication unless you are healthy enough for sex.

Don’t let sexual dysfunction hold you back from having a healthy and productive sex life.

If you are a good candidate for it, Pink Viagra could give you back what’s missing in your life and your relationship. It can give you back the ability to have intimacy with the one you love and not let something treatable get in the way of that.

Facts, Causes, And Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction (ED)

Facts, Causes, And Symptoms Of Infertility

Characterized by the inability to obtain and/or maintain an erection, erectile dysfunction, aka ED, is a treatable problem rather common in men. When the inability to engage in sexual intercourse becomes a problem, it is reasonable to seek treatments, even if it is only an occasional issue. Stigma words such as “impotence” are not descriptive of ED under strict definition. ED can lead to psychological depression and relationship difficulties if not treated.

When an occasional problem, stress is often the culprit. Frequent ED issues, however, may be indicative of more serious health problems. Blood flow to the penis results in an erection, while contraction of muscles causing outward blood-flow through veins in the penis will end an erection.

Drugs For Erectile Dysfunction

Main causes

  • cardiovascular disease
  • diabetes
  • high blood pressure (hypertension)
  • high cholesterol
  • obesity
  • low testosterone
  • hormonal imbalances
  • kidney disease
  • aging
  • stress & anxiety
  • depression and relationship problems
  • medications and drug/alcohol use
  • poor sleep

Other contributors

  • Smoking
  • Inactivity
  • Past surgery damaging nerves and blood vessels near the penis
  • Blood pressure medications
  • Antidepressants / Anti-psychotics
  • Heavy bicycling (buying special seats to protect the perineum area can reduce this risk, but only applies to those who bike for many hours a week)
  • Reduced interest in sex is a symptom of ED that should be discussed with a doctor, in particular if it’s lasted for 3 or more months.

Possible tests

After a symptoms/medical history interview, a doctor will perform a complete physical, with the focus on finding signs of poor circulation or nerve irregularities.Tests include:

  • Ultrasound – examines blood flow
  • Nocturnal penile tumescence test (NPT) – small device worn to analyze nocturnal erections
  • Injection – stimulates erection for doctor to analyze
  • Urine test – checks for diabetes and other health issues
  • Blood test – checks for thyroid problems, testosterone levels, heart risks, and many others

Medications which stimulate blood flow to the penis are common, a few of them being:

Oral medications being the most common, penile suppositories or injections may also be used. Injections and suppositories may produce stronger erections with a faster onset: often within 10 minutes. Testosterone therapy for individuals with low testosterone are available, although hormonal treatments without medical monitoring may lead to serious, long-term side-effects, and carry a high risk.

Therapy through both psychiatry – where medications are involved – and counseling/talk therapy are recommended. Psychological diagnoses for anxiety, depression, and PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) can be treated both medicinally and therapeutically. Relationship counseling is a common route.

Vacuum pump devices, which draw blood to the penis by creating a vacuum over the penis, with an elastic ring positioned at the base of the penis (to prevent blood from re-circulating) are safe for 30 minute usage periods.

Not only regular, cardiovascular exercise (combined with proper dieting), but there are specific pelvic-muscle strengthening movements – such as “Kegel exercises” – which, if performed several times daily for a few months may improve functioning. Aerobic exercise may effectively reduce body fat, which may increase testosterone levels. Even yoga/relaxation techniques contribute positively.

Surgery is an option, assuming medications and other methods have proven ineffective. These include:

Vascular surgery
– Penile Implants aka Prosthesis – used for long-term ED, there are two options:
Inflatable – two cylinders implanted that can be pumped full of fluid.
Malleable – adjustable rods used to direct position of the penis

  • Whole grains
  • Fruit  (watermelon has been oft-cited)
  • Vegetables
  • Cocoa (not recommended in high quantities)

Eat/Drink less

  • Alcohol
  • Sugar

  • DHEA
  • L-arginine
  • L-carnitine
  • Ginseng
  • Yohimbe
  • Horny goat weed
  • Zinc

Consuming large amounts of supplements is not recommended. Research the ingredients and reputations of each supplement/company and be aware of your own health risks.

Age is the primary association with increases in ED incidence, for obvious reasons related to increased risk for the above-listed health concerns. As of mid-2019, only 5% of men age 40 had ED, while for men aged 70 the number rose to 15%. Diabetes raised the risk by 2-3 times, and can result in ED starting 10-15 years earlier. Approximately 100 million men are affected world-wide, with around one million in Australia. 52% of Australian men aged between 40-70 show some form of ED. This number includes ALL cases of intermittent and long-term ED, so is not related to the numbers cited above.

More important than ED itself are possible health risks as discussed, so be sure to speak with a medical professional if you exhibit symptoms, even infrequently.

The great unknown of drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the Kamagra oral jelly

Erectile dysfunction is the inability of men to get and maintain the penis erect throughout sexual intercourse. This is very common, with more than 3 million cases diagnosed per year in the United States, and can last several months to a year. The most commonly prescribed medication for this condition is Viagra but there is a cheaper alternative to this medication called Kamagra Oral Jelly. Kamagra Oral Jelly is produced by Ajanta Pharma of India and contains the same active ingredient as Viagra, sildenafil citrate. Like most medications, Kamagra Oral Jelly does come with side effects. In pre-approved clinical trials of the drug, the most common side effect was headaches, which, in some studies, were experienced in up to 16% of participants. Other side effects in these trials included dizziness, facial flushing, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea, nasal congestion and urinary tract infection. Some other, less common side effects are as follows:

• Cardiovascular Concerns – Kamagra Oral Jelly has been associated with a rapid, or irregular, heartbeat. Men who have suffered a heart attack or stroke within the last 6 months, or already have heart disease, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, angina or arrhythmia should not use this medication.
• Vision Side Effects – According to the United States National Institute of Health some men have experienced a sudden loss is vision, including partial and total loss of vision. Some other, less severe side effects involving vision include blurred vision, eyes being more sensitive to light, and changes in color vision.
• Priapism – According to the United States National Institute of Health, Priapism is a condition involving an erection lasting longer than 6 hours. This calls for immediate medical attention because, if it is left untreated, it can cause permanent damage.
• Allergic Reaction – This was the lease reported side effect in clinical trials. Since Kamagra is not approved by the Federal Drug Administration it may contain other contaminants besides Sildenafil that can cause allergic reactions. These reactions include rash or hives, itching, trouble breathing, and facial or mouth swelling.

Kamagra Jelly does contain auxiliary components that help to improve the taste and effectiveness of the medication, as well as to help reduce the above-mentioned side effects. The main advantage of Kamagra Oral Jelly is its rapid action. Kamagra is taken under the tongue where there are veins that can rapidly absorb the medication. This is in contrast to Viagra as this is administered in tablet form. In this case, the drug needs to go through the stomach where it needs to be digested into the blood stream for the effects to take place.

In contrast, Kamagra Oral Jelly in Australia can be taken when one is comfortable without taking any other factors into consideration, such as taking the medication at the right moment. In most cases, a dosage of 50 mg is enough to fix the issue however, the exact dosage should be prescribed by a doctor. Kamagra Oral Jelly can be taken once per day, approximately 30-45 minutes before sexual intercourse. It is important to note that this medication is currently not available in the United States as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved Kamagra in jelly, tablets or any other form, but many online pharmacies do sell this drug. Due to this, Kamagra Oral Jelly may not be of the same quality as Viagra and other approved versions of sildenafil. As with all medications, it is extremely important to store Kamagra away from the reach of children since the smell and type of jelly can lead to children wanting to eat this medicine.

Hair Loss in Men: How to fight back against male pattern baldness

Men’s hair loss can be a serious problem for the men in your life. And even some women who might experience the same. It can be self esteem robbing. The ailment is self explanatory. There is no need to have medical testing done because it is an obvious feature on your head. In other words, you can’t miss it, especially if it gets to be your full blown status symbol trademark so to speak. But, if you have it, rest assured many people experience it so it is rather common.

There are some forms of treatments available. But like many other things that happen to us there is basically a lack of a true cure. Many men try things such as hair pieces and even go to the farther range of having hair implants. There is not one treatment that is guaranteed to be especially efficient for all. Most of the time the cause is of the genetic kind. It’s all in your genes. If your ancestors had it, then you might as well.

You might be able to prevent it in some cases. Sugar is one culprit as far as hair loss goes, always limit that kind of thing in your diet for many other reasons as well. Try to avoid it for awhile and see what happens as far as any improvements also. There are massage techniques that are helpful, stimulating the scalp so that the hair follicles can tell your body to grow more hair. But it’s not definite to work. Protein is needed for everyone’s hair growth, and if you lack that in your diet for sure your hair will fall out, even in women. So be sure to include plenty of protein and that could prevent loss of hair. A hair supplement to try is Propecia in der Schweiz, which has the proper nutrients to save the hair or make it grow better. Also when going the nutritional way, you can take Vitamin A to help hair growth. However, if you get too much of Vitamin A it can have adverse reactions so supplementing your diet with just the adequate amount is good. Just refrain from overdoing it.

The older you get the bigger the chances are that you will go more and more bald. Most of the time anyways, but It doesn’t always work that way. There have been cases of premature baldness in individuals in their twenties. In many cases, you can just leave it as is and/or shave your entire head. It will still look attractive to some. There’s actually not much shame in it. And you can always cover it with a hat in some ways if desired. If you are completely self-conscious though, you can go to your doctor and see what types of medications there are to try to remedy the issue. Be careful of schemes and things that might hurt your health rather than help your receding hairline.

As anything else that is afflicting you, the earlier any action is taken the better. So you can try to take some chances with remedies you feel comfortable with as soon as you see the first signs of hair loss before it manifests itself into a full head of hair loss. First signs can include finding lots of hair in your comb or brush while grooming. But,overall don’t beat yourself up if you just can’t find anything to help. Its just not worth being stressed over.

My hair has always been sparse. even when I was in my 20s, people thought that my hair started to fall out and advised me. Although I’m in my 40s now, I managed to protect them without too much shedding. but now I’m extending my hair a little more so that they might fall out.

Therefore, their nutrition has become more important than ever. Now I’m doing research on this. some people recommend care creams while others say they should use serum that is very inadequate. There are very serious differences between the two products.

In my experience, using shampoo is a very economical solution. According to the information in their packaging, there are quite a number of shampoo products that prevent hair loss. so many alternatives are possible. this is an important issue for many people. because not every brand can be found anywhere. Having alternative products is therefore very important. however, one disadvantage of shampoos is that they are very controversial about how successful they are. Many people who use shampoo for hair loss solution do not seem very satisfied with the result. many say shampoo is too inadequate for this problem. my personal experience is this way. Although, shampoos of different brands have different effects, these results are still far from sufficient.

Another solution for hair loss is serum. Serums are a newer solution than shampoos and are much more expensive. However, people who benefit from serums for hair loss seem to have a high rate of immunity. therefore, it seems to be tolerable in a way that the expensive serum. in my experience, serums are a better solution than shampoos. but I can’t say that their performance was very successful considering the costs.
